What should I bring to a first appointment?
Bank and card statements and whatever books you have, even if they're behind. Please don't email sensitive documents; bring them to the appointment.
Do you work with my accounting software?
We work in the software you already use, or set it up for you.
How does pricing work?
Zena will make a custom plan for you after a short conversation about your books. A flat fee is the default. Onboarding may be billed hourly until we know your workload and can price it properly.
Can we meet remotely?
Yes. In person in Ferndale and Whatcom County; remotely anywhere in Washington State.
